We have wholesale rates available for dried and fresh flowers sales for approved businesses (home-based businesses count too!).

To be considered as a wholesale customer, please fill out the attached form. Note that your registration and approval process will take anywhere from 2 – 7 business days.

What you will receive as a wholesale customer with You Floral:

  • For fresh flowers, wholesale clients will receive a set 20% discount off of website retail pricing for their first 5 orders. 

  • After completing 5 orders at 20% off, pricing will be adjusted to auction pricing (generally 30-40% off retail).

  • For dried flowers, customers will receive 50-60% off retail, the price varies per product, pricing will be sent upon approval.

Wholesale customer requirements: 1. Customer must be selling their floral arrangements to a third party, for a profit, or consistently buying flowers for a business related reason (photographers, event planners, interior designers, gift shops, restaurants, film and theatre set designers, real estate staging companies etc). A brick and mortar store is not required (home based businesses qualify). 2. Wholesale customers must be relatively self-sufficient and have a general understanding of flowers. Since you are taking advantage of wholesale pricing, we cannot offer the same assistance we offer regular customers. We can certainly answer questions, but we expect wholesale customers to be, for the most part, self reliant.

How it works: Your first 5 wholesale orders can be ordered through our retail website with a 20% discount code we’ll create specifically for you. After you’ve completed 5 orders, we will send you a price list with approximate auction pricing, and from there on out, you’ll be required to send orders to us via email. Orders for dried flowers can be placed through the wholesale website. All wholesale orders have a shipping fee of $45. We do not offer free shipping for wholesale customers. Once you are given auction pricing, when you place your order with us via email, you will receive an invoice required to be paid in full with the provided prices plus shipping and taxes. Unfortunately, prices are subject to change as flower pricing fluctuates weekly, so you may receive an extra charge, or a refund depending on the week, after your order has been processed and sent out for delivery. Large orders must be ordered 3-4 weeks in advance, and large orders placed around popular floral holidays (ie Mother’s Day or Valentine’s Day) must be placed a minimum of 6 weeks in advance to ensure flower availability. For short notice orders, our ability to intake the order depends on our capacity, and there is no guarantee we can take them on. For wholesale orders we require orders to be a minimum of $200.

General terms and conditions for all customers: 1. Cancellations: If you cancel a minimum of 21 days (3 weeks) before your anticipated delivery date, there is a 10% hold back (to account for credit card fees/etc). If you cancel between 8-20 days before your anticipated delivery date, there is a 75% hold back. Cancellations within 7 days of anticipated delivery date will not be eligible for a refund. This cancellation policy is due to the fact that flowers are pre-ordered far in advance and are unable to be cancelled short notice. They’ve already been reserved for you at the farm and may already be in transit to the warehouse. Cancellations must be sent via email (hello@youfloral.ca). 2. Substitutions: You Floral reserves the right to make changes and substitutions. All substitutions and changes are only done as a last resort, and only when the reasons for doing so are reasonable and the desired product is not available for reasons outside our control. Any substitutes will be on par with your original order and attempts will be made to reach you by phone before shipping out for your order. If we can’t reach you, it is up to our discretion whether we will send a suitable substitute or issue you a credit. 3. Delivery/Shipments: You are responsible for accepting your delivery. It may or may not be left at the door if nobody is there to receive it. Ultimately, it’s up to the discretion of the delivery driver. You Floral is not responsible for stolen boxes or damaged product due to it being left outside or unattended . You Floral is not responsible for shipping delays, as we cannot control the weather or mechanical delays that impact the shipping timeline. No refunds or credits will be given if the flowers are delayed. It is important to schedule your flowers to arrive 2-3 days before you need them, in the unlikely event of a shipping delay. Note that on the day of your shipment, flowers may arrive up until 5 pm that day. 4. 5% Loss Rule: Since you’re purchasing a bulk, wholesale product, not every bud will be perfect and a loss of 5-7% is normal. For minor losses considered within the normal 5-7% range, refunds will not be considered. 5. Claims: It’s important that you contact us within 12 hours of your delivery if there are any issues with your order (i.e damaged flowers, major color discrepancies, or missing bunches) so we can do our best to rectify the situation – either by replacing the product in time for your event or issuing a refund. We cannot issue refunds for slight color variations. Photographs must accompany any claim. Please do not throw away the flowers until we instruct you to do so. Claims will be considered after 12 hours up to 24 hours post delivery but we cannot guarantee a refund at that point. Keep in mind 5-7% loss is considered normal.

What Are Shipping Rates?

Your Package(s) will be sent by Canada Post. Flat rate shipping applies for all wholesale orders.

For fresh flowers:

Flat rate shipping for all fresh flower wholesale orders is $45 plus tax.

For dried flowers:

Flat rate shipping for dried flowers is dictated by how much you spend.

$100 – $349.99: $30 Flat Shipping Fee
$350 – $499.99: $45 Flat Shipping Fee
$500 – $999.99: $55 Flat Shipping Fee
$1000- $1999.99: $75 Flat Shipping Fee
$2000 & up: Custom rate (will be invoiced after shipping)

If I Pre-order An Item, Will My Other Items Ship Separately?

How Long Does Shipping Take?

For dried flowers, we endeavour to send out your package within 4 business days, shipping usually takes between 5 and 7 business days. For fresh flowers, delivery can take anywhere from a few hours to a couple days, depending on where it’s being delivered.

Do You Offer Free Pickup?

Yes, for dried flowers free pick up is available in Armstrong, B.C. Note that we have limited hours available for pickup, contact us at hello@youfloral.ca to arrange a pickup time. Pick up for fresh flowers is not available.
