Frequently Asked Questions
When should I have my flowers delivered?
We recommend scheduling your delivery 2-3 days before your event. This gives the flowers time to hydrate and open up perfectly for your big day.
Can I change my order after it's placed?
Because we work with live products and farm schedules, we ask for any changes to be made at least 3 weeks prior to your delivery date.
When should I schedule my flowers to arrive?
For a Saturday wedding, we highly recommend a Wednesday delivery. This gives your flowers 24–48 hours to drink water and “bloom out” so they are at their peak beauty when you start arranging on Thursday or Friday.
Can I Get My Flowers Delivered on a Weekend?
Our couriers only deliver Monday to Friday, not on weekends or stat holidays. Additionally note that if your wedding is the day AFTER a stat (and shipping to your area is overnight) we have a logistical limitation that the courier can’t pick-up on the stat. Shoot us an email if this is your scenario and we’ll come up with a plan!
Do You Have a Pick-up Option?
Sorry no! We ship via courier directly to our doorstep from our warehouses all across Canada. Our warehouses are giant industrial hubs, so they aren’t suited for walk-in visits, they are a hive of floral activity!
