Hayley & Kevin

Hayley & Kevin got married at The Glen at Crossmount just outside of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Hayley’s Aunt took on the role of DIY florist after kindly offering to do the couple’s arrangements, after a pleasant experience of them working together building florals for a cousin’s wedding a few years previous. She expressed how much she loved being able to direct and influence how everything turned out and was able to ensure her vision came to life. The couple went with their own personal recipe of florals, with tones of orange, peach, pink and touches of white. The mixture of florals and foliage they chose for their bouquets were ripe with texture, the colors working together to create a floral scheme nothing short of perfection. Along with the bride’s bouquet, the arrangements made to decorate the venue were created with such attention to detail. You can tell Hayley’s Aunt went above and beyond in ensuring the couple had the perfect floral setup for their big day.

Hayley’s Review:

“I had a very good experience with You Floral. My aunt offered to do the arrangements for our wedding, so I knew I wanted flexibility that I wouldn’t be able to get from a traditional florist route. I didn’t know much about flowers or what to order, so I really benefitted from the consultation service that allowed me to meet with a professional who generated a couple different “recipes” I could choose from. This allowed me to put together a final recipe I used to make my order. I had quite a few questions through the process and Sarah was very responsive – she also offered to source things I may need to bring the different elements together (e.g. boutonniere pins) and/or advised what I should source separately to be able to pull the elements together. The flowers arrived in good condition (ordered them on a Thursday for a Sunday wedding) and lasted through the day of the wedding in good condition as well.”
