From the ceremony to reception, every choice was made with the overall design and aesthetic in mind, aiming to accentuate the florals incorporated throughout. I always knew I had a passion for both growing my own florals and the dream of owning a floral shop. Seizing the opportunity, I decided to dive into the floral world. You Floral played a crucial role in assisting me with the offer, helping determine quantities, and overall support made the process not only easy but incredibly fun. Tips:
- Do your research! Take time to throughly learning about the floral process & preparation. Understanding the amount of work involved, especially the week of. While the thought of the work was exciting for me, it might not be for others.
- Prep ahead: I spent months watch tutorials on floral design & preparation. Being well pearled will help you feel more confident and less overwhelmed the week of.
- Get help: enlist friends & family for assistance, especially with prep work. I had a group of girlfriends assist with the initial preparation like trimming, stripping leaves, wiring and removing guard petals. Not only did this save me HOURS of work, it was such a fun evening.
- Enjoy the process: despite the hard work involved, remember to enjoy it! Creating your own florals can be a rewarding and fulfilling experience, and seeing your vision coke to life will make it all worth it!
