Frequently Asked Questions
How Are The Flowers Shipped?
Delivery is overnight (same day in some locations) via courier, right to your doorstep. Someone will need to be home to make sure the flowers get placed in water as soon as possible! It’s important to schedule your flowers to arrive a couple days before your wedding, to allow the flowers time to open up, and to give wiggle room for the (super small slim chance) that there is a shipping delay.
Do I Have To Be Home To Receive My Flowers?
It is highly recommended to have someone at home to receive your flowers, as it is up the shippers discretion if they will leave the flowers on your front porch, or return them to the depot for delivery the next day (an additional fee might apply for this). If you have to leave the house for any reason, we suggest leaving a note on your front door.
Your flowers are living things and need to be put in water ASAP, so leaving them waiting may cause them to die.
Do You Have a Pick-up Option?
Sorry no! We ship via courier directly to our doorstep from our warehouses all across Canada. Our warehouses are giant industrial hubs, so they aren’t suited for walk-in visits, they are a hive of floral activity!
Where Are You Located?
Our HQ is based in Victoria BC and our warehouses and staff are located all across Canada in a plethora of distribution hubs. Our warehouse network means our flowers spend minimal time in transit so they arrive to you quickly and in peak condition!
Can I Get My Flowers Delivered on a Weekend?
Our couriers only deliver Monday to Friday, not on weekends or stat holidays. Additionally note that if your wedding is the day AFTER a stat (and shipping to your area is overnight) we have a logistical limitation that the courier can’t pick-up on the stat. Shoot us an email if this is your scenario and we’ll come up with a plan!
What Time of Day Will My Flowers Arrive?
Our couriers deliver anywhere between 9 am and 5 pm, but **often** delivery is around 11 am – 2 pm. Reach out (email is best) if you’re feeling nervous at all!
