Ashlie and Adam

Ashlie & Adam

Ashlie and Adam were married at The Diamond in the Rough in Sundre, Alberta. The couple decided to DIY their florals because they wanted to keep costs down, and Ashlie was excited to give making floral arrangements a try. They created their own floral recipe, and, although it’s a simple recipe, the arrangements are anything but that. The foliage chosen, Nagi and Plumosa Fern, are lush and full of texture. Along with beautiful blush/soft pink Ranunculus, it appears they added a few different florals into the bouquets that they acquired elsewhere, white Baby’s Breath, as well as white Snapdragons. The venue, boasting a stunning Barn where the reception was held, was decorated with more of their chosen florals, with a few more of their own, this time with a bit more color, scattered throughout their centrepieces. I love the simplicity of the single stem Ranunculus with the table numbers; what a lovely touch!

Documented by Bridge and Boulder Photography based out of Sylvan Lake, Alberta.
